Review For FUNKYBOYS

Price: Free
Rating:

FUNKYBOYS is a gay dating, chatting, and messenger app for Android devices that makes it easy for gay men to finds friends and dates.
Developed by developer Klaus Gerber, FUNKYBOYS is designed to easily connect gays looking to date with each other.
Features
FUNKYBOYS is a new gay dating app that can help you find a date, meet new friends, and more. Users can find other users who are nearby by using the Radar feature in FUNKYBOYS, a feature we loved even though the nearest other user may or may not be as close as you’d like.
FUNKYBOYS is virtually identical to Klaus Gerber’s other dating app, naduu and has most of the features common in other dating-like apps (such as adding friends, ignoring/blocking people, uploading photos, etc.), as well as unique Klaus Gerber features like FakeCheck and heartbeats (that can also let you see who else is checking out that user).
One of the features we particularly liked was that FUNKYBOYS allows its users to see who has “visited” your profile so that you can follow up with them if you’d like. FUNKYBOYS makes it fairly easy to add friends to your in-app contacts list, and you can even leave messages for them on their guestbook.

Review For SmartTorrent Torrent Client

SmartTorrent Android App
Getting media content through torrents is a good way to enjoy your favorite movies, shows and music, especially if you are not living in the United States.
Too often the content we want to see is not available in countries outside of US, especially for some shows and movies. That is why using torrents can get us the latest TV show episodes and movies on our computers.
SmartTorrent a great app for bringing all the benefits of torrents right to your Android device.
This app, from Nopus, has a lot of potential and the current version is certainly a worthy try with good capability that will function properly on both smartphones and tablets.
Concept & Functionality
The app works in a simple manner. Although, the design can use further development, this app functions properly. We have successfully downloaded some TV shows and the phone didn’t’ lag nor did we experience any problems.
Add a torrent and you can easily follow the progress and use the downloaded file according to your own preference.
Features
As already mentioned, the main features of this app are adding and downloading content in the form of torrents. Although the design is a bit outdated, we can say that the app is really surprisingly fast. With a simple tap, you will get to your desired files or folders about as quickly as any torrent client out there.

SmartTorrent Android App
You can search for torrents in two ways. You can either search for torrents with your desired keywords within the app. Another way you can search for torrents is from some outside source.
In that way, whether you’ve found the torrent browsing online on your Android device, or you have downloaded on your computer and then transferred it to your Android device, you can add it from the files and folders that are located on your Android phone.
Note that you can set the downloads to occur only when your smartphone or tablet is on a Wi-Fi connection. This is a great feature that will save you from unpleasant situations like downloading large files from your mobile data.
All downloads, whether finished or ongoing are located on your dashboard. You can start, stop or delete them at any time.
The control features are highly functional as well and all files are downloaded in a folder you select. The app even support proxies!
Overall Value
torrent-qrThis is indeed a good tool for getting and downloading torrents. The only improvement we would like to suggest is for an updated design, but the UI is intuitive and everything seems to function properly.
It’s a free app that can help you get any torrent and content downloaded on your Android device. The ads can be little distracting, so if you use it frequently, you can turn them off for a small amount. Definitely a worthy download.
SmartTorrent Torrent Client requires Android 2.3+. A small expedite fee was paid to speed up the publication of this review.

Review For Naduu

Naduu is a dating, chatting, and messenger app for Android devices that will easily connect those looking to hook up.
Features
Naduu, from developer Klaus Gerber, is a new dating app that can help you find a date, meet new friends, and more. Users can find other users who are  nearby by using the Radar feature in naduu, a feature we loved. Of course the number of users you find will depend on where you live.
Naduu has most of the features common in other dating-like apps (such as adding friends, ignoring/blocking people, uploading photos, etc.), as well as unique features like FakeCheck and heartbeats (that can also let you see who else is checking out that user).
One of the features we particularly liked was that naduu allows its users to see who has “visited” your profile so that you can follow up with them if you’d like.
Naduu makes it fairly easy to add friends to your in-app contacts list, and you can even leave messages for them on their guestbook.
The community options aspect of naduu is remarkable since users can add “footprints” and “hugs” just by tapping an icon on a user’s profile.

Review For Leopard TV

If you’re like me, you can never watch enough wildlife videos. YouTube is a great source of entertainment, but what if you could watch animals in real time on your Android?
Leopard TV is an incredibly awesome concept that lets you watch live animal cams and new animal videos every week.
No matter where you are, you can open the app and watch animals at the Shayamanzi Ranch.
Concept and Functionality
Leopard TV, an app by Leopard.tv, functions much like YouTube, but for a very specialized audience. The leopards of the Shayamanzi Ranch in Africa are allowed to roam free while you check out unmanned camera streams and prerecorded videos.
The app itself is very easy to use and browsing everything that Leopard TV offers is incredibly simple. I do like the fact that Leopard TV is laid out much like other video apps.
The only major drawback to Leopard TV is the fact that you can’t take the app for a test drive and sample videos before committing to a monthly subscription.

GeoShip – Search for eBay

Reviewed by Sarah Hanlon Online shopping can be incredibly frustrating, especially when there are so many websites to choose from. There’s no disputing the fact that eBay is definitely a very popular online store, but finding what you want can be difficult when there are so many different eBay sites available.
GeoShip lets you quickly and easily search every eBay site for what you’re looking for. The app features a plethora of extras to make the shopping experience even better.
Concept and Functionality
One of the first things I noticed about GeoShip, an app by GeoShip Apps, was the fact that the app is dead simple to use. Many shopping apps that try to do the same thing often go overboard with features and extras that hinder the shopping experience, but GeoShip is very clean and easy to navigate.
To find an item within GeoShip that’s available on eBay, all you have to do is search for it using keywords. You can also browse different categories if you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for. I really like the fact that GeoShip offers tons of filters so you can sift through results and find what you’re after.

Google Play now lets Android app developers see review highlights, ratings charts

Google today announced a few enhancements for the Google Play Developer Console, which Android app developers can use to monitor the usage of their apps.

Now developers have an easy way to see the most common themes that end users mention in their app reviews. Google bubbles up these themes in the new Review Highlights feature, Google Play product manager Fergus Hurley wrote in a blog post. More enterprising developers can use the new search box.
When it comes to ratings, Google is doing more there, too. You can now check out charts of ratings over the day, the week, or the month. The console also now lets developers run queries on ratings by country, language, the device, the version of the app, the version of Android users are running, the country where the user made the rating, and the language spoken by people who leave ratings.

Famous, Formerly The Controversial People-Trading App Stolen, Hits Android After App Store Ban

The creators of a buzz but controversial mobile game called Stolen, which let users buy and sell Twitter profiles as if they were trading cards, proactively shut their application down after responding to criticism that its game mechanics allowed for abuse and bullying. The company then revamped its concept, taking into consideration the opinions of anti-bullying experts, to release a kindler and gentler application called Famous, which instead focuses on fans giving love (in the form of hearts) to their favorite friends, celebs, and brands.

Now Apple has pulled Famous from the App Store, saying it doesn’t want apps that assign people numerical values in its App Store. That decision, which may not be reversed anytime soon, will have the startup focusing on building its web and Android versions instead.
Coincidentally – that is, not as a result of the Apple ban – the company behind Famous has just acquired the team behind Zoute, the transit application built by mobile developers Hai Le and Li Li, previously of the early location-based service Loopt, acquired by Green Dot.
